MAXI TAXI drivers in Tobago are claiming they are owed nearly 400-thousand dollars.



They say the money is owed by an agent attached to cruise ships that dock in Tobago.



The drivers have not decided to protest and stop transporting tourists just yet.



But, there is word the agent is THREATENING to tell ships not to come to Tobago.
