Popular home brand IKEA has opened a new outlet in Greater Manchester - but you won’t get meatballs in store!
The Swedish furniture giant has opened a Plan and Order Point in Merseyway shopping centre in Stockport town centre today. It’s a smaller store which is focused on kitchen and bathroom planning and has been opened as part of IKEA’s expansion in the North West.
It won’t offer the full flat-pack range like the full-size IKEA in Tameside, but customers can browse a range of kitchen units, appliances and bathrooms in showrooms, along with the PAX wardrobe system, to give them an idea of what they will look like in their own homes. Shoppers can also book appointments for bespoke design consultations for their rooms and also order IKEA items for home delivery or their nearest order point.
