Vice President and Department of Education Secretary Sara Duterte stressed the national government’s plan to hire more teachers to ensure that DepEd schools across the country are equipped with qualified and sufficient workforce.

In an ambush interview following the celebration of National Women’s Month at the Quezon City Police District, Duterte once again expressed DepEd's plan to hire more teachers.
