Bharat Rashtra Samithi MLC and daughter of Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao, K Kavitha, on March 10 led a one-day hunger strike in Delhi demanding the introduction of the Women's Reservation Bill in the current Budget session of the Parliament. K Kavitha said, “The way the whole world is developing and if India has to develop at the same speed, then women should get participation in the political field as well and for this, it is necessary to bring the Women's Reservation Bill. This bill is pending since 27 years.”
