The Digital Currency Trader’s Alliance (DCTA) launched an online campaign rallying crypto retail investors to challenge SEC regulations. The campaign, dubbed “Stop the SEC,” by lobbying their congressional representatives to prevent regulatory overreach. The non-profit group claims that SEC Chairman Gary Gensler’s regulation by enforcement strategy unfairly impacts crypto investors. The SEC has filed numerous lawsuits against members of the industry since FTX collapsed in November. Coinbase announced on Tuesday that it’s launching a grassroots campaign called “Crypto 435” to advance pro-crypto policies across all 435 Congressional districts in the U.S.
