Birmingham headlines 7 March: Fly-tipper dumped rotten vegetables near primary school
A fly-tipper who dumped rotten vegetables, herbs, fruit trays, cardboard boxes and more near a primary school in Birmingham has been sentenced. Javeed Ahmadzai, from Small Heath, received a 40-hour community order and to pay £900 in costs.

The Treasury have released their list of unclaimed estates in Birmingham with a total of 170 surnames listed. An unclaimed estate may be a property, a sum of money, or something else left behind unclaimed by the person who has died. Those wishing to make a claim can visit the government website.
