Blinken told Russia's Lavrov to 'end this war of aggression' in Ukraine

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says he told Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov that Moscow should "end this war of aggression" and "engage in meaningful diplomacy" when the two met briefly at the G20 meeting in New Delhi, India.
