The Supreme Court of India formed an expert committee to examine the regulatory framework in the Adani-Hindenburg case. Petitioner Advocate Vishal Tiwari said, “The court in its previous order expressed concern on investors’ money. The committee will investigate the issue that the court framed, as well as the Hindenburg report. SEBI is already investigating the matter and they will separately table the report in the court.”
