Young fund-raiser April Miller, four, has been doing the Star Jump Challenge, 40 star jumps each day in February, to raise funds and celebrate the 40th anniversary of Wigan and Leigh Hospice, one jump for each year. Despite having tonsillitis and being unwell April has continued with the challenge and currently raised £390.
