Spectators once again witnessed the excited return of the Panagbenga Festival to the city in the grand street dancing parade held this morning, February 25.

As early as 6:00 in the morning, spectators lined the sides of Session and Harisson Road, to watch the cultural and festival performances of the participants.

A total of 32 contingents participated in the return of the festival, after three postponements due to the pandemic.
