National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) borrowers will be given a 20% discount for three months starting March 1, said Finance Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim when tabling Budget 2023 at the Dewan rakyat on Friday. He added that a six-month deferment would be given to borrowers with monthly income of RM1,800 and below.
