Probe into jumping castle deaths in Tasmania delayed

A coronial inquest into the deaths of six Tasmanian children in a jumping castle accident has been delayed because Worksafe Tasmania is refusing to release its investigation. The six children died in December 2021 when a jumping castle was blown into the air during an end-of-year celebration at Hillcrest Primary school in Devonport.
