A San Fernando mother is calling on the Ministry of Education to thoroughly investigate her daughter’s school.

The call comes after her child was seriously injured in a fight at the primary school, which left the nine-year-old pupil hospitalised for the last 8 days.

The mother tells our reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh, instances of bullying have been reported several times in the past, and she believes her daughter is now suffering as a result of past inaction by the school.
