The Police Service is giving an assurance that it is more than ready for Carnival 2023 and has implemented strategies which would ensure that people who are partaking in Carnival activities are safe.


Police say about 800 officers would be on patrol in Port of Spain, but additional resources would come from the T&T Defence Force and other agencies.
