The road was scheduled to be closed for two months due to a gas main replacement but the work was carried out much quicker than planned. This footage shows the village of Jevington and Jevington Road.
The village of Jevington was where banoffi pie was created in 1972 at the Hungry Monk restaurant. The restaurant is now closed for good and has been converted into cottages, which can be seen in this video.
