This touching video shows Sano Taiese filming her daughter's reaction to her immensely special 'Sweet 16th Birthday' present.

"This gift was a photo of her (birthday girl) and her grandma who helped raise her," Sano told WooGlobe. "Sadly, her grandma passed away in 2013, when our daughter was only five."

The filmer went on to say that her mom was her daughter's whole world, and that is totally evident from the subject's reaction in this clip.

She couldn't help but shed tears on seeing the photos of the two of them together. It was an ideal present, and one that won't be topped anytime soon!
