A Royal Adelaide Hospital specialist says he wouldn't have wrongly diagnosed cancer in a patient, and recommended surgery, if the man's pathology results had been accurate. A coronial inquest has also heard that the death of Dennis Jackson four years ago had a profound impact on doctors, who have since changed some of their practices.
