According to beliefs, the water of river Ganges becomes like nectar on the day of Mauni Amavasya. On this day the deities reside in the water of the Ganges. That's why taking bath in Ganga on this day is considered very auspicious. Mauni Amavasya will be celebrated tomorrow i.e. on January 21. According to the Hindu calendar, Mauni Amavasya will be from 06.16 am on Saturday, January 21 to the next day, Sunday, January 22, at 02.22 am. The auspicious time of Paran of Amavasya.

मान्यताओं के अनुसार मौनी अमावस्या के दिन गंगा नदी का जल अमृत के समान हो जाता है. इस दिन गंगाजल में देवताओं का वास होता है. इसलिए इस दिन गंगा स्नान करना बहुत शुभ माना जाता है. मौनी अमावस्या कल यानी 21 जनवरी को मनाई जाएगी.हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार, मौनी अमावस्या शनिवार, 21 जनवरी को सुबह 06 बजकर 16 मिनट से लेकर अगले दिन रविवार, 22 जनवरी को रात 02 बजकर 22 मिनट तक रहेगी... चलिए बताते हैं मौनी अमावस्या का पारण का मुहूर्त.
