Following a recent Taliban government order banning Afghan women from aid work, some NGOs have suspended their activities, making it harder to reach women beneficiaries in the country. One NGO, the US-based Aseel App, is trying to maintain its activities on the ground, distributing food packages to men and women in the Afghan capital.
