At the launch of Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2023 (Lima‘23) on Monday, Transport Minister Anthony Loke said Malaysia has the capability to further develop its shipbuilding, repairing and maintenance industry which is valued at about RM15bil.

Under the Malaysian Shipping Masterplan, the country aims to help the industry to stay competitive in the global market.
