The married couple who were detained for the bomb attack that killed a waiter in Pandan Indah are expected to be charged on Monday (Jan 16).
Ampang OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Farouk Eshak said the 33-year-old man and his 30-year-old wife will be brought to the Ampang court complex on Monday.
Both suspects will be charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
