Dragon Quest XI Side Quest No.30 The Measure of a Man
Old man on bar in Lonalulu ask you to defeat Night Clubber with pep power called buff buff (Luminary and Jade need to be pep up). While in battle against night clubber you need to damage him a little before use the pep up power. After you finish the challenge return back to old man to claim your reward.
