Chicken schnitzel is among popular dishes in different countries and all because it takes just 15 minutes to cook it. And the main thing is that it is impossible to cook it not tasty.
✅ Ingredients:
• 1 chicken breast
• salt to taste
• ground black pepper to taste
• vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
• 2 eggs
• bread crumbs – 7 oz / 200 g

• carving board
• pan
• 2 plates
Preparation:
1. Cut the half of chicken breast longitudinally pressing lightly with a palm, keep a knife parallel to a working surface. Leave 0,2 in / 0,5 cm uncut and unfold the chicken.
2. Cover the breast with a food film and pound lightly, salt and pepper to taste on both sides.
3. Beat 2 eggs.
4. Dip the chicken into the beaten eggs and coat with the bread crumbs on both sides.
5. Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp of vegetable oil, fry the prepared chicken breast for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
6. Serve the chicken schnitzel with lettuce leaves, veggies, rice or mashed potato.
