Superintendent of Railway Police in Siliguri District S Selvamurugan on January 05 visited New Jalpaiguri Railway Station after stones were pelted at Vande Bharat Express. S Selvamurugan said, “The movement of the ‘Vande Bharat’ train is monitored at every station. We are guarding under our Jurisdiction. Also, local police are helping us to create awareness in people near the old railway track.”
