NSW government pledges half a billion dollars to fix potholes on flood-damaged on roads

The state's roads have copped a battering over the past couple of years, with constant wet weather leaving many of them riddled with potholes. Now the state government is pledging 500 million dollars to tackle the problem, but local councils say the funding is only a fraction of what's needed.
