People in Delhi woke up shivering as the temperature in the national capital was around 7 degrees celsius. The streets have been covered with dense fog, bringing down visibility to a minimum. The minimum temperature this winter was recorded at 3 degrees Celsius below normal. Some areas of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana & Uttarakhand reported dense to very dense fog conditions.
