A special court remanded former MD and CEO of ICICI bank Chanda Kochhar and her husband Deepak Kochhar to a three-day CBI custody in the alleged ICICI bank -Videocon loan fraud case on December 24 in Mumbai. Kochhar and her husband were arrested on December 24 by CBI in a case in which ICICI Bank allegedly granted a credit of Rs 3,250 crore to Videocon Group entities pushed by Dhoot in violation of the Banking Regulation Act, RBI norms, and the bank's credit policy.
