Virtuoso guitarist, composer, and producer Steve Vai is considered by many to be one of the greatest guitarists of all time. Throughout his 40-year career, he's sold more than 15 million records, received three Grammy Awards, and has recorded with so many music greats, including Frank Zappa, David Lee Roth, and Whitesnake. His most recent studio album Inviolate , an instrumental guitar record, is out now. We recently caught up with him at his show at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York, to hear all about the new record, touring, and playing his epic creation, a triple-neck Ibanez Hydra guitar.
