Officials say at least 20 passengers were injured including more than a dozen who are recovering in a hospital following severe turbulence on a flight from Phoenix to Hawaii. Passengers on another flight that landed in Houston Monday morning were also hospitalized after a United Airlines flight from Rio de Janeiro also hit unexpected turbulence.
