French multi-instrumentalist, man-orchestra Jean-Marc Brige was born on December 17, 1945 in the city of Cherbourg (Manche department). In the early 60s, he was spotted by arranger and producer Kurt Mohr, who worked at the Odeon label, where the first album of the musician Surboum was released under the pseudonym Billy Bridge. In September 1962, Billy Bridge and his group Les Mustangs performed at the Paris Olympia as the opening act for the British band The Shadows. In 1963, he starred in the British comedy musical Just For Fun directed by Gordon Fleming along with Bobby Vee, The Crickets, Johnny Tillotson, The Breakaways, The Spotnicks, The Tremeloes, "The Vernons Girls", "The Tornados", Dusty Springfield and others. Wrote songs for Karen Cheryl, Stone, Jean-Noël Dupré, Cliff Richard, Dick Rivers, Philippe Lavil. In 1969 he wrote several songs under the name Michel Sorel. In 1971, he began his career in England under the pseudonym "Black Swan" ... He died in Paris on November 21, 1994.
