Danny Masterson Rape Case , Is Declared a Mistrial After Jury Is Deadlocked.
CNN reports that a mistrial was declared by Judge Charlaine Olmedo on Nov. 30 after finding the jury "hopelessly deadlocked.".
Masterson was on trial for allegedly
raping three women on different occasions at his Hollywood Hills home between 2001 and 2003.
The L.A. County District Attorney's office issued a statement.
