-Beef/Mutton ½ kg
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chili) 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tsp
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 4-5
-Laung (Cloves) 4-5
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Paani (Water) 2 cups or as required
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ cup
-Pyaz (onion) Fried & grinded
-Aalo (Potatoes) Medium 3-4
-Paani (Water) 1 cup or as required
-Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Jaifal & javatri powder (Nutmeg & mace powder) ¼ tsp
-Kewra essence ½ tsp
-Hara dhaniya (Green coriander) Chopped
-Adrak (Ginger) Julienne
-Hari mirch (Green chili) 3-4
