देश की रक्षा मंत्रालय भारतीय सैनिकों के लिए खास किस्म के बुलेटप्रूफ जैकेट्स खरीदेगा। सैन्य अधिकारियों ने बताया की जैकेट ग्रेड-4 के होंगे। इन बुलेटप्रूफ जैकेट को स्टील कोर बुलेट के खिलाफ प्रभावी माना जाता है। गौरतलब है कि खरीद प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद ये जैकेट सबसे पहले जम्मू-कश्मीर में आतंकवादी अभियानों में तैनात सैनिकों को प्रदान किए जाएंगे।
