In wake of the increase in dog-bite incidents in the city and nearby areas over the past few months, the Noida Authority has decided to impose a fine of Rs 10,000 on owners in case of pet dog or cat attacks from March 1, 2023. The Noida Authority also decided to put the onus of the victim’s treatment on the owners.
