The sky over Delhi-NCR took an ominous grey colour with the air quality remaining in ‘severe’ category for last few consecutive days. Reacting on the prevailing situation, Minister of State for Environment Ashwini Kumar Choubey said, “There are some people, they are shying away from their responsibility. They are busy in Himachal and Gujarat elections. Whether it is Punjab or Delhi, those who shirk responsibility, be careful.”
