South Koreans lay flowers to pay respect to people who died during a stampede at a Halloween event in central Seoul. One man who came to lay a white flower tells AFP that he himself had been stuck in the crowd. "I got scared and tried to moved to the side but I couldn't. I was stuck there for two hours. I felt like I was going to die", says Yoon Yae-il.
