'TMZ' reports that Philonise Floyd has decided to not bring a lawsuit against Ye for claiming that his brother, George, died from fentanyl instead of the actions of Derek Chauvin.

Philonise is reportedly standing down because he believes Ye has complied with the cease and desist letter that was sent to him last week.

stop publicly repeating his claims.
