William Branham Explains the Cause of Cancer

Views 3

Like other "faith healing" stage acts of the era, William Branham "diagnosed" participants in the revival as having "cancer", and dropped bloody masses on the platform, telling them that the "cancer" had "left their body". To convince people that they did, in fact, have this disease that Branham "diagnosed", Branham was forced to invent new ways in which people could "accidentally catch" cancer.

From shots of penicillin and female medication to shaving cuts and small bruises, Branham's explanation of cancer both fascinated and scared his audience. Ironically, even scaring the audience -- according to William Branham -- could cause cancer.
