Caretaker Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob told reporters on Thursday that the names of candidates contesting in the 15th General Election would be announced by the Umno president or respective state liaison committee chairmen.

He said this when asked whether Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz would be nominated to contest the Kuala Selangor seat.
