Taiwan's Central Bank chief has ruled out imposing foreign exchange controls despite fears of capital flight from the country. The Taiwan dollar has fallen 13% against the U.S. dollar this year, and there have been concerns the Central Bank might impose restrictions to stop money flowing out of Taiwan.
