Job Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, or a related field.
Experience with Google Ads and online advertising, and/or Google Ads certified.
Knowledge managing a portfolio and/or working against assigned customer goals (e.g., business growth, customer success metrics, outreach goals, etc.).
Understanding in sales, technology, and how to help businesses grow online.
Ability to think strategically.
Excellent internal/external communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as an advisor to clients by building relationships with customer decision-makers/business owners to understand their business goals and digital marketing plans, and help with Google advertising.
Manage accounts and identify opportunities where Google Ads can impact growth. Track account growth and product adoption quarterly goals.
Help clients reach/exceed business goals by conducting phone consultations to evaluate their campaign performance, make account recommendations, and mentor business owners on digital marketing strategy.
Engage in activities to lead customer relationship growth (e.g., proactive engagement, campaign performance review, client meetings, pitches, research, and internal strategy building/execution).
Participate in training while developing sales, professional, and business skills.
