The shadow secretary for levelling up has accused the government of "wiping out" any gains made from the energy support package included in the chancellor's mini-budget to help struggling families this winter. Lisa Nandy says the Conservatives have "no idea" how to pay for its "unfunded borrowing commitments" and calls on the govenment to "go back to the drawing board", calling its handling of the economy "unacceptable".
