: "A heavy storm randomly passed through Victory Park. Low visibility, heavy rain, and incredibly strong winds caused debris, equipment and large pallets of wood slated to be blown off of the construction site on top of the American Airlines Center. The storm passed roughly 15 minutes later, leaving N Houston street scattered with the debris that had fallen from the roof."
