The observers who reached Jaipur to discuss about the Congress President and the Chief Minister had to consult the MLAs, but this could not happen. Mallikarjun Kharge and Ajay Maken, both the observers sent from Delhi, are returning to Delhi on Monday. Both will submit their report to the high command.
