Super typhoon Karding damages gym with strong winds and heavy rains

A school gymnasium is damaged, trees are buffeted by strong winds in Infanta and streets floaded in the Polillo islands as Super Typhoon Karding (Noru) slams into the Philippines, seen in amateur videos. The storm is battering the heavily-populated main island of Luzon with strong winds and heavy rain, forcing hundreds of people to flee their homes.
