Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob must get the green light from the Cabinet before dissolving Parliament.
The Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia president said this was based on an agreement by Ismail Sabri with Perikatan Nasional before taking over the premiership.
