Fiona hit the Turks and Caicos Islands early Tuesday, after hitting the Dominican Republic Monday and inundating Puerto Rico over the weekend. Fiona is the first major Atlantic hurricane — Category 3 or higher — of the 2022 season, which lasts through November.
