A recent meeting of the Special Council on the Malaysia Agreement 1963 had endorsed restoring 35% of the 222 parliamentary seats to Sabah and Sarawak. Currently 75% of parliamentary seats are in Peninsular Malaysia, while the Borneo Territories Sarawak and Sabah have 25%. If that number was to increase to 35%, what impact would that have?
