And when swordfish steaks are cooked to perfection on a Big Green Egg, we've literally died and gone to food-heaven. We've committed these to memory, thanks to Los Sueños Resort and Marina’s executive chef, Darrell Thomas, and the The Grand Marlin restaurants on Florida's Gulf Coast.
