Leaders from both the government and opposition paid their respects to the late Tun S. Samy Vellu at his house in Taman Kaya, Kuala Lumpur on Thursday (Sept 15).

Samy Vellu, who was a former Cabinet member and former MIC president, passed away at the age of 86.
